Coach Beau Brau

 
 
 

As a US Army Veteran and Fitness Professional, Beau has a passion for pushing people out of their comfort zone and into the healthiest and best versions of themselves. His fitness experience stems all the way back to his youth as a state competitive swimmer, consistent years in baseball and soccer, as well as varsity cheerleading in High School. After serving in the Army from 2004-2008, he developed an interest in weightlifting and leadership. The last 12 years have been devoted to developing a competitive physique and continuing education in all aspects of fitness, health, and nutrition, ultimately leading to a full-time coaching career in 2017.

Today Coach Beau has transformed hundreds of dedicated individuals through nutrition, weight loss, muscle building, strength training, and general wellness. In the competition department, Coach Beau has led dozens of athletes to many wins, trophies, and medals on stage. His clients and athletes vary from youth athletes, stroke survivors, pre/post-natal women, male and female bodybuilders, and all in between. Beau is always looking for committed, serious individuals to join his team and develop a fun, challenging, and lasting personalized program, and relationship.
