As a US Army Veteran and Fitness Professional, Beau has a passion for pushing people out of their comfort zone and into the healthiest and best versions of themselves. His fitness experience stems all the way back to his youth as a state competitive swimmer, consistent years in baseball and soccer, as well as varsity cheerleading in High School. After serving in the Army from 2004-2008, he developed an interest in weightlifting and leadership. The last 12 years have been devoted to developing a competitive physique and continuing education in all aspects of fitness, health, and nutrition, ultimately leading to a full-time coaching career in 2017.

Today Coach Beau has transformed hundreds of dedicated individuals through nutrition, weight loss, muscle building, strength training, and general wellness. In the competition department, Coach Beau has led dozens of athletes to many wins, trophies, and medals on stage. His clients and athletes vary from youth athletes, stroke survivors, pre/post-natal women, male and female bodybuilders, and all in between. Beau is always looking for committed, serious individuals to join his team and develop a fun, challenging, and lasting personalized program, and relationship.

Sarah Brau is an NPC Bikini competitor, wife, mother, and full-time operating room assistant for Dr. Sam Sukkar at The Clinic for Plastic surgery, a proud affiliate of #TeamBeau.

Sarah has been a fitness and health enthusiast her entire adult life. That passion became a lifestyle alongside Beau when they decided to make a career out of helping others achieve the best versions of themselves both physically and mentally.

Sarah’s taken on several critical roles within #TeamBeau. After several NPC Bikini competitions, she had learned enough to begin assisting new and aspiring athletes in preparing for a show, including posing practice, prep consulting, hair and makeup consulting, bikini design and selection, day-of-show management, and can consult and arrange for Botox, Filler, and other cosmetic treatments for maximum aesthetics.

Outside of the competition sphere, she also assists #TeamBeau athletes with anything and everything fitness and nutrition-related including; diet management, fitness technique, motivation, and problem resolution, answering and helping in Coach Beau’s absence, and most importantly adding a woman’s touch to an otherwise aggressive training program.

Coach Desiree Waraksa is a #TeamBeau assistant posing coach and team leader. She began her journey at over 200 lbs. when she first met with Coach Beau. 15 months later and over 80 lbs. down, she got up on the stage for her NPC Bikini debut in December 2020 and has now competed in 4 shows in her journey to becoming and IFBB Pro.
