Our online coaching program, led by Coach Beau, offers a fully comprehensive and progressive approach to fitness and nutrition. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle strength, growth, general wellness, or contest preparation, we have a tailored program to fit your needs.

We believe in a holistic approach to nutrition and exercise, emphasizing consuming everyday, natural, clean, and healthy food with well-studied and understood non-mandatory supplementation. Our program is designed to help you develop a routine, weigh your food, track your cardio, and follow workout plans to achieve your goals efficiently and practically.

We understand this is a highly self-disciplined program, and we will provide you with all the materials and support you need to hit your goals. However, we expect you to take an active role in your progress. You will submit your detailed online check-in form every Friday for us to track your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your program. We will be available for questions, requests, and motivation via text message and email seven days a week.

Fat Loss & Conditioning

No matter where you are starting from, our team is dedicated to working with you to create the most efficient path to melting body fat through rigorous resistance training and cardio, coupled with a tailored nutrition plan that won't leave you feeling deprived. Nutrition is a critical component of our program, as we will work closely with you to develop a specific daily plan that is updated weekly to find the perfect balance of weight loss, wellness, and nutrients to support your goals while preserving and strengthening your muscular system. Our intense workouts are designed to keep your metabolic fire burning and maximize your results. Be prepared to push yourself to achieve your goals with our guidance and support.


Lean Muscle & Strength

No matter your current level of fitness or bodybuilding experience, our team is dedicated to meeting you at your starting point and developing a personalized plan to help you achieve the growth and development you desire. Whether you are a hard gainer, an off-season bodybuilder, or new to weightlifting, we will work with you to create an intense training plan that includes lots of heavy lifting and 4-6 gym sessions per week.

Nutrition is also a critical component of our program, and you can expect to be consuming a calorie surplus to support muscle growth. We will work closely with you to ensure that your nutrition plan is suitable for meaningful gains without unnecessary fat gain. Be prepared to eat, eat, eat, and push yourself to new limits with our guidance and support.


Mobility - Stability

We understand and have experience working individuals through the challenges that age, physical impairments, strokes, and long periods of immobility can present to the body. We will help you recover, rebuild, and strengthen your body through resistance training and mobility work using the same tools and methods used in rehabilitation clinics to help you achieve your best possible condition.

We also recognize the importance of nutrition in the recovery process. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive wellness support that addresses the whole person, not just their physical condition. We will work closely with you to develop a diet that supports a solid and lasting recovery and promotes a new level of balance and posture.


NPC/IFBB Bikini Contest Prep

Coaching tailored to IFBB/NPC. We may offer coaching for other leagues upon request.

Our contest prep program is designed to help you achieve a peak physique through a comprehensive approach that includes aggressive training, closely regulated nutrition, effective supplementation, and ongoing support and communication with your coach. Crafting a winning package requires dedication and hard work, and you will hit the gym floor hard and heavy to train for as long as it takes to help you reach your goals.

We provide or connect you with all the resources, vendors (Suits, Heels, Specialty Supplements), posing coaches, and support you will need from day one to the moment you accept your trophy, including post-show training and dieting to ensure a smooth transition and maintain progress. With our guidance and support, you will have everything you need to succeed and take the next step towards a winning package.

 

General Health & Wellness

Our general wellness program is designed to help individuals achieve optimal health and well-being, whether they have a specific physical change or obstacle to overcome or simply wish to improve their overall quality of life. We understand that not everyone has the same goals and needs, so we will work with you to create a personalized path and plan that fits your lifestyle and objectives. This includes managing exercise and nutrition in a way that is sustainable and achievable for you. Join us and take the first step towards living a better, healthier life.


Prenatal - Pregnancy - Postnatal

Our pre/post-natal program is specifically designed to help expecting mothers prepare for the big day and ensure a smooth post-natal recovery. Working with Coach Beau, you will safely and carefully strengthen your body and pelvic floor, preparing you for the physical demands of childbirth and motherhood. Once cleared by your physician after delivery, we will work with you to rebuild and progress toward your fitness goals. Exercise is essential for both mother and child during this period. Coach Beau provides general nutrition guidelines and support but cannot prescribe nutrition plans for pregnant or nursing mothers. Trust us to guide you through a healthy pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
